you can learn more about how the property could be redeveloped. No specific
development proposal has been submitted, however, general information
about the uses being considered is listed to the right on this letter.

  •  Frisbee golf course (retained)
• The site is in the Transition (T)
  zone district.
• A request to rezone the property will
  be required as part of the
  development plan.
• This proposal will be subject to a
  review and public hearing by the
  Planning & Zoning Board (P&Z).
• Residents who receive this letter will
  also receive a letter for the
  P&Z hearing.
