Once again, this year we will be doing elections and voting on tag designs electronically, however the process will be a bit different. To be elgible to vote, you'll need to have joined the club and have a valid email address on file with us before the end of the day Nov. 10th. After that date the "voter registration" rolls are frozen until the next election. Details for voting on tag designs for 2016 as well as open board of directors positions will be sent to that same address we have on file for you. Be sure you have received that confirmation email or you are not yet registered! (check your junk mail folder..)
As of today we have sent an email to all email addresses currently on the list, so if you didn't get that email contact us right away with the email you want to have registered for voting. Send your preferred email address and your first and last name to elections@nocodiscgolf.com.
Voting for tag designs will commence Nov 11th and run through midnight on Nov. 14th.
