Nominations for Club Elections

Ever want to know what goes on behind the scenes of your local NOCO Disc Golf Club? Well now's your chance! Put your name in the hat to be a part of the NOCO board of directors. There will be 7 seats on this board. We need more club activity to grow this sport to the level we all want. Currently, too much falls on the president's shoulders, everyone is willing to complain about how things need to change but aren't willing to put in the effort, now is your chance to change things. It doesn't matter if you only like play casually or if you're a competitive golfer, we want you to participate. The more diverse board we get the better.

This will be a two part election. In the first, club members will put their name up to be a part of the board (non specific to position). The club members will then vote on the 7 they find most deserving to be on the board. In the second part, after the 7 board members are elected, the board will delegate who fits best at each officer position. We need more club activity to grow this sport to the level we all want! Anyone interested in nominating themselves as a board member please draft a short paragraph about yourself and your motivation to help local disc golf and send it to webmaster@nocodiscgolf.com by this Thursday November 20th.
